RC Scale Nationals concluded with Rory Hartman taking first place in the Carbon Cub, Ron Pound winning Expert Sportsman, and Jeremy Arvin claiming Open Scale title. Conditions were challenging but flying was excellent, with some notable performances from newcomers.

Weather conditions worsened from morning to afternoon, forcing cancellation of flying round 3. Two planes were lost due to structural failure and radio signal loss. The final day of competition is expected to be favorable with clear skies and light winds.

Pilots delayed AMA events due to high wind, rescheduled for Sunday. Peter Bauer demonstrated combining an RC car 2.4 GHz controller with a control line handle. The FAA Scale Hall of Fame Award was presented to Mike McHenry.

The 2025 Control Line Precision Aerobatic Nats concluded with the Open Class champion Orestes Hernandez, Senior champion Gabriel Alimov, and Junior champion Wesley Smith taking home top honors. The event was marked by close competition and impressive flying skills from all participants.

RC Scale Nats day two: pilots practiced flights before Round 1, which took place amidst a crosswind. Notable performances included Kaleb Spencer's smooth flying of the KY Models P-47D and Larry Barr's Curtiss Pusher flying despite strong winds.

The North American Speed Society (NASS) held its final day of Control Line Speed on July 11, 2025. Bill Hughes won the National High Point Champion Award with a perfect score, while Jeff Gitchel took top honors in the Doc Davis High Speed Jet Champion award. The NASS also used a new Transitrace Opto-Electronic Speed Timing System for accurate and instant speed readings.
